Accommodation is available at Dalhousie for the night of the 25th and bookings can be made by calling 01875 820153. There are several different styles of rooms (see the Dalhousie Castle web site for further details) and we have been quoted the following prices (incorporating a 10% discount):

• Standard lodge = £126
• Lodge suite = £176
• Standard double / twin = £167
• Themed double = £207
• Themed four poster = £248
• Themed suite = £297

All rates are per room per night and are inclusive of a full Scottish Breakfast and VAT.

Please quote ‘Group Reference: 84751’ to receive the 10% discount (although it may be worth exploring the internet to see if you can secure a cheaper rate).

Please note formal check-in is 2.30pm. Whilst it may be possible to get in a little earlier, don’t hold us to this (especially as we understand the hotel is fully booked the night before, check out is 11am, and it will take time to turn the rooms around).

In all honesty, we feel the Dalhousie rooms are rather pricey, and you may prefer to opt for one of the local B&Bs listed below. Unfortunately, we haven’t had the opportunity to visit them and hence take no responsibility!!! Check websites to see whether they may meet your requirements.

Alternatively you may simply prefer to stay in / near Edinburgh city centre where there is a plethora of options to suit all budgets, tastes etc. In this case, we suggest you hit the internet and look at http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk or the Visit Scotland website http://www.visitscotland.com.
